Eligibility for Returns

• You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

• For hygiene and safety reasons, opened skincare, makeup, and personal care items cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Wrong Products

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect product:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Provide order number + clear photos/videos of the item and packaging.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
